But recently when i play my ping goes high and my connection drops, its extremley frustrating! And when i try to reconnect it stays connecting forever! I waited 15 mins and gave up, pls fix!

The problem of your ping there could be several reasons:
- The distance between you and the country where is the server (New York, USA).
This is because when it's a large distance the signal has to make several jumps between routers, each time the signal reaches a router get's a little lag causing a little interference in your signal. This can't be avoided.

- Tasks in your computer.
If you have a task running in background mode, will reduce the gaming performance, I sugest to use TuneUp Utilities 2010 and make an analysis of your pc to see if everything it's fine, also, this program has an utility called Turbo Mode, this utility helps you to deactivate all unnecesary process when you play a game at full screen giving more performance of your game and good ping.


- Internet Connection
Depends of the internet bandwith that you have, if it's too small, you will have huge ping because the game requires a good connection to be able to play it: sounds, fire action, smoke action, movement, etc, etc, etc. Use this site to check your internet speed connection and bandwith: www.speedtest.net
